Higgins is currently a member of the senior leadership team at Monitor Group, a prominent international consulting firm. Jamie Higgins is an organizational development and training professional with twenty-five years of experience working in leading-edge companies known for their exceptional people practices. Michael has also served on the National Technology Committee of the Appraisal Institute and as a Regional Representative of District Four. He is currently Vice President and a Board of Director for the Massachusetts Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Michael is a Certified General Appraiser in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut and Rhode Island. He has earned a Real Estate Appraisal Designation from the Appraisal Institute (MAI), American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers (MRA). Michael has a Bachelors Degree in Hotel Restaurant Management from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA, with a concentration in Information Systems, from Western New England College. Michael previously worked as a Fee Appraiser, Real Estate Sales Person and as a Real Estate Builder. He is also managing valuations projects throughout New England and oversees the firms court defense division.
